Constantine Pappas loves engaging with people and has an innate skill in understanding what makes them tick, and how to engage them towards a common agenda.  He values humour, making things ‘light’, and getting people to take uncomfortable action, celebrating in their continual personal growth.

Con is a leadership and management development consultant as well as an executive coach, with over twenty-five years of experience across a diverse range of industries and geographies.  He specialises in talent management, organisational development, strategic planning and change implementation.  Con has successfully led transformation projects in the aerospace, FMCG, professional services, insurance,
oil and gas, financial services, education, software and IT, the public services and pharmaceutical sectors.

Prior to consulting, Con held senior leadership positions in corporate organisations.  He was President of Global Leadership & Talent at FIS Systems, where he introduced and embedded talent initiatives.  This included partnering with Cornell University in developing and launching high potential programs.  Before joining FIS Systems, Con headed up the Talent and People strategy in Asia for Thomson Reuters, based out of Hong Kong.  During his ten years with Procter & Gamble, Con progressed into senior sales and supply chain leadership roles, before taking the lead in organisational development.

Con is passionate about making a difference to the lives of underprivileged children through targeted intervention, leveraging the resources and support of his clients.  He partners with the New South Wales Police in providing grants, and employment and mentoring programs for underprivileged youth in Sydney.

Adam Berndt

Adam thrives on solving complex problems and designing HR information systems and solutions – including payroll.  He works together with clients helping them to achieve their organisational goals.  Adam also happens to care deeply for the individual clients he supports, understanding their own personal motivations in order to help them grow whilst developing their skills in HRIS platform design and implementation.

Before joining People Priority, Adam was Head of HR Operations Asia Pacific for SunGard FIS.  He led the standardisation and integration of all people management systems across acquired entities and geographies, within the company.

Adam did this by creating common ground across business unit leaders and HR heads, understanding priorities and managing rollout expectations.  Prior to leading HR operations, Adam held senior financial analyst positions at Warner Bros.
